Evening

A few guests share one table and one menu, written by the chef for the evening. The pace is set by the conversation, and the atmosphere stays intimate and calm from the first glass to the last course.

  1. Sunset

    Guests arrive at golden hour. A first glass is served as the light goes down over the place.

  2. At the table

    Everyone takes their seat at the same table. The menu is served course after course.

  3. Midnight

    The last course is served just after midnight, and the evening ends there.

Places

Private estates, villas, yachts and historic residences. Places closed to the public, opened for one evening.

Each place is chosen for its beauty, its character and its exclusivity. It shapes the menu, the scenography and the atmosphere of the dinner. Its address is revealed to confirmed guests only.

AWAKE composes the light, the table, the flowers and the sound around the place itself. Everything is designed for the evening, then taken down.

Each dinner is entrusted to one chef, invited for one evening. The chef writes a menu for the place and the moment, with exceptional ingredients and total creative freedom. It is served for this dinner only, and never repeated.
